Digital Services Architecture

A Digital Services Architecture (DSA) is the overall enterprise and technology design a Government can employ to achieve an integrated set of citizen services.

Keystone foundations include Digital Identity, providing a citizen SSO (Single Sign-on) capability and seamless access to multiple services, GaaP (Government as a Platform) for cross-enterprise application integration via APIs, and will increasingly feature the use of the Blockchain, for certifying the integrity of resources and transactions.

DSA strategy can be driven by defining it as a set of common capabilities, such as Identity-Enabled Digital Services, and setting specific, large-scale functionality these should enable, such as Tell Us Once.
